The Tusa Platform Elite is a secure platform that allows offenders to access correctional agency provided applications and services, and enhances the administration, monitoring and reporting capabilities for staff. Comprehensive functionality includes security, single logon, biometric logon, multi language support, alerts, audit and event recording, remote session monitoring and kiosk management and control.

The Tusa Platform Elite consists of two User Interfaces;

Staff Interface enabling staff to centrally manage the administration of the system through a single interface. Key functionality of the Staff Interface includes the ability to manage all aspects of the kiosk or PC network including Users, Applications, Locations, Kiosks or PCs, Staff Stations and Reporting.

Offender Interface enabling offenders to access information, applications and services through a single and easy to use interface. The Platform is image driven for those with lower literacy levels.

The open design and architecture of the Platform Elite means applications or services from Tusa or other third party vendors can be easily integrated. Through Direct 2 Inmate Tusa offers a range of modules that can be added to the Platform Elite including electronic messaging, commissary, trust account, requests and grievances, case management, offender details and knowledge base.
