Tusa’s Message2you (View Website) is a secure electronic messaging solution that enables family and friends to send electronic messages to inmates in a secure and controlled way.

Utilizing Tusa’s innovative and patented technology, Message2you is a flexible system that can be configured to meet the rules and regulations of the facility.

All messages are recorded and stored, allowing for a full reporting and an audit trail of all activities. Message2you helps reduce contraband being introduced into the facility while reducing staff time required for the processing of traditional mail.

Message2you is available as a one-way or a two-way communication tool;

One-way Communication – Messages are initiated on the secure Message2you website and received into the facility via a dedicated computer. All messages may be reviewed and censored before being printed and delivered to the inmate.

Two-way Communication –Messages are received in the facility and reviewed on a dedicated computer. They are then forwarded to an inmate interface on a secure kiosk. Inmates can use the kiosk to view external messages and reply to them.

• Watchwords: A predefined list of words or phrases that are deemed suspicious can be set up.
• Automatic Review: Parameters can be set up to review messages for a particular inmate or external contact.
• Electronic Censorship: Text can be highlighted and censored electronically.
