Features

• Enrollment and User Management – capturing and recording basic visitor contact details and site access rules. Operators can search, add and update the list of all visitors enrolled on the system. The system maintains a historical record of when each visitor was on site. If used to record inmate visitors, the system will also record details of the inmate visited.
• Real-time Monitoring of Visitors – enabling a real-time display of how many visitors are at the facility. Alarms are generated when an unauthorized person attempts to access the site e.g. those that have been barred.
• Access Rules – enabling operators to set-up access profiles for each visitor e.g. security clearance dates, site access dates, authorized access areas.
• Card Printing / Image Capture – providing local image capture, processing and printing of all visitor identification cards.
• Complete Audit Trail - every event within the system is recorded in an audit trail along with alarms and operator actions. Authorized personnel can view the full history.
• Reports – a range of pre-defined reports are available such as; visitor attendance by category and date, name of visitor, list of barred visitors.
